I have known Sue for three years where she has served as a DZ Instructor and Defense Driver Instructor for the Municipality of Sioux Lookout Fire Services.

In my opinion, Sue has been very reliable, professional and knowledgeable. She has consistently taken extra care and effort in preparing for the DZ courses. Her knowledge and quality of performance both in the classroom and the practical has generated excellent Fire Vehicle operators of the 30 course registrants over the previous three years. In this way, Sue has become a valuable person for the Fire Service.

On behalf of the above noted business, we are very pleased to advise that our Company hired the services of Ms. Sue Joly OIA Safety Matters on numerous occasions for services relating to MTO maintenance records for CVOR audit preparation and to perform individual driver evaluations upon occasions when violations occurred and driver credentials were under review.

Due to the changing criteria for insurance regulations we also relied on her evaluations prior to hiring employees as these evaluations were extensive and her opinion realistic and honest. Over the course of the last few years, we hired a number of drivers that she had personally trained. Her

Hi Suzanne,

I want to thank you for your excellent Defensive Driving course that you held last Thursday, September 27th at our Kenora office.  

Everyone I spoke to really enjoyed the presentation.  Your use of humour and encouraging staff participation during the session made it pass by really fast (which is a good thing!). I personally learned several new things that I will incorporate in my driving habits and the whole program is a great reminder that driving is a serious undertaking.  Some of us who have been driving for many years tend to treat driving as a habit not a skill set that needs to be consciously honed.  

We will be asking you to do more presentations in the future with our staff as a key component of our Occupational Health and Safety program.
