Hi Sue!! I am nearly done my initial 2wk training course in North Bay with Ontario Northland. I couldn't have done it without your help and instruction to Air Brakes. I am soon headed home to Thunder Bay to begin training for the line
runs up there. I hope you are doing well, and as promised here are a few
pictures of me with the motor coach. I absolutely love driving these beasts and am very proud to be a part of Ontario Northland. Thank you again for taking the time to help me out and prepare me for this opportunity. I couldn't have gotten here without your instruction. Take care, stay safe and many blessings to you.

Re: Suzanne Joly Cesiunas of Safety Matters

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Suzanne Joly Cesiunas for the B and C Driver Instructor position.

I have known Sue for three years where she has served as a DZ Instructor and Defense Driver Instructor for the Municipality of Sioux Lookout Fire Services.

In my opinion, Sue has been very reliable, professional and knowledgeable. She has consistently taken extra care and effort in preparing for the DZ courses. Her knowledge and quality of performance both in the classroom and the practical has generated excellent Fire Vehicle operators of the 30 course registrants over the previous three years. In this way, Sue has become a valuable person for the Fire Service.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Rob Favot, Fire Chief

Re: Safety Matters (Ms. Sue Joly)

On behalf of the above noted business, we are very pleased to advise that our Company hired the services of Ms. Sue Joly OIA Safety Matters on numerous occasions for services relating to MTO maintenance records for CVOR audit preparation and to perform individual driver evaluations upon occasions when violations occurred and driver credentials were under review.

Due to the changing criteria for insurance regulations we also relied on her evaluations prior to hiring employees as these evaluations were extensive and her opinion realistic and honest. Over the course of the last few years, we hired a number of drivers that she had personally trained. Her
professionalism regarding these services was outstanding and were relied upon very seriously in making decisions. Her confidentiality was also an asset regarding the sensitivity of some of these situations. Her knowledge and vast experience in the transportation industry would be an asset to any organization considering contracting her services.

Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,
Olga Benjamin

Hi Suzanne,

I want to thank you for your excellent Defensive Driving course that you held last Thursday, September 27th at our Kenora office.

Everyone I spoke to really enjoyed the presentation.  Your use of humour and encouraging staff participation during the session made it pass by really fast (which is a good thing!). I personally learned several new things that I will incorporate in my driving habits and the whole program is a great reminder that driving is a serious undertaking.  Some of us who have been driving for many years tend to treat driving as a habit not a skill set that needs to be consciously honed.

We will be asking you to do more presentations in the future with our staff as a key component of our Occupational Health and Safety program.

Sincerely

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter as a reference for Suzanne Joly Cesiunas of Safety Matters.

Suzanne has provided our current complement of school bus drivers with the recommended School Bus Defensive Driving Refresher Course. We also utilize her services for all of our new hires who require the School Bus Defensive Driving Course to complete their licensing process.

Suzanne has provided excellent comprehensive classroom programs to our drivers since June of 2010 and we look forward to continuing our business affiliation. Her sincerity and determination to provide our drivers with the most up to date course work is admirable.

Apart from her professional merits I would like to comment on her skill of excellent time management and ability to work with our limited time frame.

Sincerely,

Sharon Timson

Office Manager

Sioux Lookout Hydro and Morgan Esso employees participated in the OSL Defensive Driving program.  Suzanne Joly-Cesiunas of Safety Matters was the instructor.

Sioux Lookout Hydro staff found the course very good. Sue presented the course in a very professional manner and she used her past driving experience as a teaching aid. The driver pre-trip inspection was very thorough.

As a course participant I would recommend Sue to any professional driver or organization wanting to take this course.

Re: Letter of Reference

It is my pleasure to provide a professional letter of reference for Suzanne Joly. Suzanne provided a Defensive Driving Course on February 9, 2011 to a group of 10 school bus drivers at Pelican Fall First Nations High School and Pelican Falls Centre.

The feedback that I received from the employees who participated was very positive. Suzanne was able to engage and deliver her course with great knowledge, professionalism and experience.

I have no hesitation in recommending Suzanne to provide and deliver this course to any other organizations or groups. I would be pleased to offer further information if required.

Sincerely,

Gerson B. Agustin
